Lindsey + Phil

We typically know within a few minutes of meeting a new couple whether we’re a good “fit”, and that couldn’t have rung more true than the day we met Lindsey & Phil at our satellite office, the Amavida coffee shop in Rosemary Beach {we’re pretty sure they’re going to start charging us rent soon…}.  Lindsey was probably one of the most laid back, easygoing brides ever – and we loved that she trusted us wholeheartedly, never once questioning a recommendation we made.  Phil was equally as sweet, and it was totally obvious that the two of them were going to be blissfully, ridiculously happy for lots and lots of years.

We planned Lindsey & Phil’s nuptials in just under six months.  Totally do-able, and wicked easy and fun and awesome when the bride and groom trust in their wedding planners to guide them down the right path. {Yes, today’s common theme is trusting your wedding planner; you’ll truly get so much more than you bargained for when you’re able to let go a little, and enjoy the fact that things really are being handled behind the scenes by your rock star planners.  :::new blog post idea in progress::: … but I digress…} ;)  Lindsey knew what she wanted: a mostly white, vintage-type setting, yummy food, and a rockin’ party.  The good news about Lindsey’s vision?  She totally got it {and then some!}.

See?  We have pretty {ok, totally awesomely-amazingly-kick-butt} pictures, courtesy of our fabulous friends, the VUE chicks, to prove it:

Is this not cute, or WHAT?

Pretty sure we were all bow-tie tying experts by the end of this... ;)

Their 'First Look', captured perfectly.

Such fun, cute details!

There was seriously an overload of cuteness on this day.

Amazingly awesome :)

The girls in black was super-amazing against all the white and pops of green. In LOVE with this look!

We placed old cake toppers - from generations of their families - throughout the reception.

We'll even show you how to do this part. See, we like to make your life very easy. :)

Their guests bid them a happy farewell by tossing lavender {Random factoid: lavender will keep scorpions out of your house. Who knew?}

We totally, super puffy-heart you guys!  For real, if you lived closer, we’d totally be friends and hang out on a regular basis.  :)

Mega, ultra, ginormous thanks – as always – to our incredible team of wedding pros who made this day happen {and perfectly, nonetheless!}.  Much love to you all!!

XOXO

The Jens
